Pre-Requisites for Re KYC through Web Portal

  • Customers can login through either Account Number or Customer Id.
  • Customers needs to have either Mobile Number or Email Id registered with Canara Bank for receiving OTP.
  • PAN and Aadhaar Validations are mandatory. Aadhaar verification will be done by sending OTP to Mobile Number linked to Aadhaar Number. Kindly ensure that you have access to the same before starting the process.
  • All KYC details of the customer should be as per bank records. In cases any change in KYC details, customer must visit branch with latest photo and KYC documents to update the same.
  • Customers can complete Re-KYC through this portal even if Re-KYC is not due.
